• Since Tetron Technologies provides customized digital services, refunds are handled as follows:
• Before Project Start:
• If you cancel before project initiation, you may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
• After Project Kick-off:
• Once work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for services already delivered.
• For partially completed projects, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the work completed vs. payments made.
• Digital Marketing & Advertising Services:
• No refunds are provided for campaigns once they are launched, as advertising costs are paid directly to third-party platforms.
  Only in exceptional cases refund will be provided, ex- technical glitch or more . in that case once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days .
• Change of Scope:
• Any project scope change will require a new agreement and may incur additional charges.
• Disputes:
• In case of disputes, Tetron Technologies will attempt to resolve amicably. Final decisions will be based on the terms of the signed service agreement.
